Channel Sales - SMB

You are a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Specialist, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with SI partners to drive sales of products/services. Your strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and proven track record in managing channel partnerships will be key to your success. In this role, your responsibilities will include developing and executing channel sales strategies, building strong relationships with existing partners, and collaborating on joint business plans and marketing campaigns. Negotiating contracts and ensuring beneficial agreements for both parties will be essential, along with maintaining product order flow and balance between OEM and Partner. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 4 years of experience in channel sales management is required, along with a good understanding of Networking, CCTV, UPS, Fibre, and Educational products/solutions. Your strong understanding of channel partner dynamics, distribution channels, and indirect sales models, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be crucial. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends for informed decisions are also important. Preferred qualifications include experience in selling IT/Networking products, strong relationships with SMB partners, and certification in sales or channel management. This full-time position may require travel to meet with partners and attend industry events. You will work in person at the specified location.,
