Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Sales Officer located in Mahesana, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Channel Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales channels, providing customer service, handling back-office operations, and executing sales management tasks. The role includes daily communication with clients, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Back Office Operations
  • Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
