Job Description

As a Channel Sales Manager at ideaForge, you will be responsible for driving ideaForge's product & service business through partners such as Distributors & Resellers. Your main focus will be on managing the end-to-end relationship with channel partners and helping them grow their business by developing joint Business Plans. You will work closely with strategic partners to identify short and long-term goals, align their solutions portfolio with market opportunities, and increase the share of wallet for drones business in partner organizations. In this role, you will be tasked with adding new relevant channel partners to the existing pool, managing multiple programs for partners including regular trainings and events, and collaborating with multiple functions to ensure that committed deliverables happen on time. You will also be responsible for conducting ABC analysis of partners based on ideaForge business imperatives and driving partners from C to B and B to A categories. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B and/or B2G Channel sales in the technology industry. You must possess strong relationship management and solution development skills, be a strategic thinker with executive relationship management experience, and have the ability to come up with innovative ideas to encourage partners to work with ideaForge. As a team player, you should have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving outcomes within deadlines, and be a strong influencer capable of aligning ideaForge and partner resources to support customer needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Key Skills required for this role include Channel Account Management, Channel Partner Development, Channel Partner Relations, and Channel Business.
