Job Description

You are a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager responsible for leading and expanding the partner network for warehouse automation solutions. With a strong engineering background and expertise in channel sales dynamics within the material handling and automation sectors, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth. The compensation package includes attractive incentives and adheres to excellent HR practices. Your key responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new channel partners such as system integrators, distributors, and solution providers. You will be tasked with surpassing channel sales targets for Radio Pallet Shuttle and AMR solutions, supporting partners in lead generation, opportunity management, and sales closure, as well as maintaining a robust pipeline and accurate sales forecasts. Collaboration with partners to develop joint go-to-market plans, providing product training and technical resources, and acting as a technical consultant during solution discovery and implementation planning are integral parts of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal engineering teams for customized solutions, build strong business relationships across partner organizations, and conduct performance reviews and strategic alignment sessions with key partners. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Diploma/Graduation in a relevant field, at least 2 years of sales experience in the Material Handling segment or Storage Solutions industry, technical knowledge of Material Handling Equipment and Storage Solutions, good analytical skills, technical aptitude, an energetic and result-oriented attitude, proficiency in Hindi and English communication, and a willingness to travel as required. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience in channel sales or business development within material handling, warehouse automation, or industrial robotics, along with familiarity with companies like Addverb, Armstrong, Craftsman, AutoMHA, and Godrej. Demonstrating proficiency in strategic planning, effective communication in English and local languages, independent and team-oriented work capabilities under business pressure, maintenance of client and team relationships, persuasive presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools will be crucial for success in this role.,
