Job Location: Mumbai Grade Manager / Sr. Manager Role and responsibility are :; Position Purpose To source Business LAP,BIL through Liability branches To achieve assigned targets Generate more revenue by cross selling other products/ maintain Weighted Rates and Processing Fee Position Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Achieve LAP targets through Branches Regular Visits to Branches and generate business via internal customers/leads/calls Proper Training and Development for Branch employees on Retail Asset products To ensure proper compliance/integrity Awareness of LAP product & local geography Qualifications and Experience Requirement Qualifications Essential 1. Minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam 2. Any Graduate 3. PG - MBA/PGDM Experience Essential Candidate must have experience of LAP (Mortgage) sales, must have been working in BANK or NBFC in LAP (Mortgages) department.
