Role Overview: We are hiring an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in agro product sales with at least 3 years of experience. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for our market reach, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with dealers, and agri-distributors in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and acquire new dealers, retailers and institutional buyers and plan the filed visits accordingly. 2. Promote and sell the company's agro products (processed agri goods). 3. Maintain Sales records, dealer wise sales tracking and field visit reports. 4. Ensure timely supply of products to dealers/distributors. 5. Submit weekly sales performance reports to the supervisor. What we need: Must have 3 years of experience only in food processing industry (oil, wheat, bakery, pulses, rice, fast moving goods). Knowledge on acquiring dealers, retailers, manufacturing sectors with in B2B industry is highly required. Excellent field sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Willingness to travel in the assigned region. Basic knowledge on MS Excel and reporting tools. What we Offer: The salary range is in between 20k to 50k per month, depends on the experience and the interview performance. Travel Allowance will be as per company guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, maintaining machinery, managing labour, and ensuring safety compliance—all while meeting production targets and cost-efficiency goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the wheat milling/processing plant. 2. Plan and oversee production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw material. 3. Supervise and manage plant workforce, including technicians, machine operators, labourers, and supervisors. 4. Conduct daily team briefings and ensure workforce productivity and discipline. 5. Ensure all quality control procedures and food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) are strictly followed. 6. Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery uptime and preventive maintenance schedules. 7. Prepare regular production and performance reports for management. 8. Coordinate with head office for raw material planning, dispatches, and statutory approvals. What We Need: 1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a related field. 2. 9+ years of experience in plant operations, preferably in agro or food manufacturing. 3. Strong knowledge of B2B business, FMCG, Food Processing. 4. Leadership skills with ability to handle a large team across shifts. 5. Familiar with statutory compliance in food safety, labour laws, and environment. 6. Experience in utilizing MS Office tools.
