Channel Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for Stabilizers, Air Coolers, ICT, and Mixers within the Navi Mumbai territory.
• Manage and nurture relationships with distributors and dealers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve growth in both primary and secondary sales across the territory.
• Focus on effective dealer network management to expand market penetration.
• Stay informed about competitors sales, pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and support business growth.
• Oversee branding and advertising initiatives in the territory to enhance brand awareness.
• Address and resolve any service-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and enhance the communication skills of distributor sales teams to optimize performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant graduation degree or 3-year diploma.
• 3-10 years of quota-carrying channel sales experience.
• Channel sales experience in Stabilizers, Air Coolers, Induction Cooktops, and Mixer.
• Good knowledge of the Navi Mumbai product market.
