Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive – Channel Partner Development to onboard retail counters, develop dealer relationships, and ensure strong Nova branding at point-of-sale locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new retail counters, dealers, and shop owners across Delhi NCR.
• Convince partners to install Nova display boards, window stickers, fascia branding, product stands, etc.
• Ensure retail counters are fully equipped with updated samples, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
• Train shop staff on product features and pricing to improve conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through channel partners.
• Monitor stock movement, order placements, and product feedback.

Requirements:

• Post Graduation Must
• 7 to 8 years of experience in retail/channel sales (FMCG, building materials, home décor preferred).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in branding execution at store level.
• Field-oriented and familiar with Delhi NCR markets.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

KPIs:

• Number of new counters onboarded.
• Sales growth from new and existing counters.
• Number of retail shops with Nova branding (boards/stickers).
• Counter staff engagement and product awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
