Channel Partner

The role involves identifying and onboarding new channel partners such as brokers and agents, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. It is essential to ensure that partners are well-trained and updated on project details, pricing, and selling strategies. Driving property sales through the channel network and supporting partners in lead conversion and deal closure are crucial responsibilities. Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective partner engagement is a key objective. Organizing and supporting channel partner events, site visits, and promotional activities, as well as distributing promotional materials to enhance brand visibility among partners, fall under the domain of marketing and promotions. Conducting regular training sessions for channel partners to educate them on project offerings and selling points is vital. Sharing updated pricing, inventory information, and promotional offers is also part of the role. Tracking and reporting partner performance, lead status, and providing market feedback to internal sales and marketing teams are essential tasks. Maintaining records of sales transactions and partner activities is crucial for business operations. Ensuring all deals are closed within legal and company guidelines, as well as assisting partners in maintaining documentation and process compliance, is a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, sales and negotiation ability, knowledge of the local real estate market, networking and relationship-building skills, and a target-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, permanent role with a day shift, morning shift, and weekend availability requirement. The work location is in person.,
