Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Channel Partner (CP) Sourcing Team

As a CP Sourcing Intern, you will work closely with the Channel Sales Team to identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners (brokers/agents) and assist in driving project sales through indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and onboarding new Channel Partners across assigned regions.
Support in maintaining CP database and regular communication for project updates.
Participate in CP meetings, project walkthroughs, and site visits.
Share project brochures, rate cards, and incentives with active CPs.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for client visits received via CPs.
Gather feedback from CPs on pricing, customer preferences, and competition.
Ensure timely documentation and support for CP registration and payout tracking.
Attend weekly training and sales update sessions to enhance domain knowledge.

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally (if required)
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is a plus
Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under guidance and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
