Job Title: Marketing Performance & Brand Marketing Location: Navi Mumbai (Nerul) Reports To: Director Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who can drive measurable growth through performance marketing while building a strong, consistent brand presence across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing digital ad campaigns, optimizing ROI, and creating impactful brand experiences that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI. Monitor, track, and analyze KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) to continuously improve campaign efficiency. Run A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to drive conversions. Brand Marketing Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to strengthen market presence. Oversee brand messaging and creative direction for all campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across online and offline touchpoints. Manage PR activities, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations. SEO & Organic Growth Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and web copy. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices. Integrated Marketing Coordinate digital and traditional marketing efforts, including events, print, OOH, and trade shows. Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4–7 years of marketing experience with proven success in performance marketing and branding. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools. Strong understanding of offline marketing channels (events, print, outdoor media). Creative thinker with strong copywriting and visual communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive insights. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Preferred Skills Experience managing large ad budgets and scaling campaigns profitably. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) for quick creative adjustments. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
