As a Director of Sales at Asset Deals LLP, your role involves leading and managing sales operations for luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida and Gurgaon. Your key responsibilities include: - Building, mentoring, and managing a large sales team to achieve business targets. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with builders, developers, and HNI clients. - Driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and channel partner management. - Ensuring smooth execution of transactions and customer satisfaction. - Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies. - Representing Asset Deals LLP at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 15-20 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with channel partner firms. - In-depth knowledge of luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida and Gurgaon. - Strong team-handling experience (10+ years). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Strong industry network with developers, channel partners, and HNIs. - A proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
