As a Director Sales at Asset Deals LLP, your role will involve leading and managing sales operations for luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida/Gurgaon. You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and managing a large sales team to achieve business targets. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with builders, developers, and HNI clients will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and channel partner management, ensuring smooth execution of transactions and customer satisfaction. It will be crucial for you to analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies. You will also represent Asset Deals LLP at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage sales operations for luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida/Gurgaon. - Build, mentor, and manage a large sales team to achieve business targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and HNI clients. - Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and channel partner management. - Ensure smooth execution of transactions and customer satisfaction. - Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies. - Represent Asset Deals LLP at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums. Qualifications Required: - 15-20 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with channel partner firms. - In-depth knowledge of luxury residential and commercial projects in Noida & Gurgaon. - Strong team-handling experience (10+ years). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Strong industry network with developers, channel partners, and HNIs. - Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets. Please note that the work schedule for the role varies: - Noida Director Sales: Week off on Tuesday. - Gurgaon Director Sales: Week off on Monday.,
