Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and engage potential channel partners (real estate developers, brokers, and corporate clients) to expand Brick & Bolts commercial project pipeline.
  • Develop and execute a structured partner acquisition strategy, including market research, outreach, and negotiations.
  • Conduct presentations and business reviews to onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.

2. Partner Relationship & Performance Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing support, training, and sales enablement tools.
  • Monitor partner performance, track lead generation, and implement incentive programs to drive productivity. Organize regular partner meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to strengthen engagement.

3. Sales & Lead Pipeline Development

  • Collaborate with partners to generate high-quality leads and maintain a robust sales funnel. Ensure partners are well-versed in Brick & Bolts commercial offerings, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Work closely with the Technical Sales Team to schedule client meetings and facilitate deal closures.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Gather market insights on competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the Product & Marketing teams to enhance commercial project offerings. 5. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Liaise with Operations, Project Management, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
  • Align with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and promotional materials for partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or Real Estate Management (preferred).
  • Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales, channel management, or business development, ideally in construction, real estate, or proptech.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
