Channel Business Specialist (Female)

Role Overview: You will be a proactive and results-driven Channel Sales Executive in an Individual Contributor (IC) role, responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners in the CPaaS industry. Your passion for sales and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, emails, and social media outreach to identify and generate new business leads. - Sales Support: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and build a strong pipeline. - Channel Partner Onboarding: Proactively engage potential channel partners, present value propositions, and manage the onboarding process from start to finish. - Pipeline Management: Keep lead data updated, track communications, and follow up consistently to convert leads into partners. - Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, pre-sales, and technical departments to ensure seamless onboarding and support for channel partners. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in B2B sales or channel partner acquisition, with a preference for CPaaS domain knowledge. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners. - Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach methods. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently as an individual contributor. - Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite to manage sales activities efficiently.,
