Job Title: Channel Account Executive US & LATAM Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Experience: 3 - 8 Years Salary Range: 10 LPA 15 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time | Individual Contributor About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Channel Account Executive to manage and grow our channel partner network across the US and LATAM regions. This role is pivotal in driving partner-led revenue, increasing market presence, and building long-term strategic relationships within the partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Partner Development & Relationship Management Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic channel partners Maintain strong, ongoing communication to ensure mutual success Sales Enablement & Support Conduct regular sessions to enhance partner sales capabilities Revenue Growth & Co-Selling Collaborate with partners on joint business plans and execution strategies Drive pipeline generation and revenue contribution from partner channels Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor partner performance metrics, forecast sales, and identify areas of improvement Implement performance-enhancing strategies across the channel network Market & Competitive Intelligence Stay informed on industry trends, regional dynamics, and competitor actions in the US & LATAM markets Use insights to refine go-to-market plans and channel programs Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product for successful partner execution Align partner feedback with product development and support initiatives Governance & Reporting Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and partner agreements Provide timely reporting on channel performance and market conditions Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3 - 8 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or business development Strong experience with US and LATAM markets Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in SaaS or B2B technology environments preferred Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Comfortable with remote coordination and occasional trave
