Role and Responsibilities:

• Create and implement change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive plans to manage change effectively.
• Lead and coordinate change management activities across the organization.
• Ensure changes are implemented smoothly with minimal disruption to operations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for changes.
• Address concerns and provide updates on the progress of change initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff throughout the change process.
• Develop training programs to help employees adapt to new processes and systems.
• Monitor and assess the impact of changes on employees and operations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Document change management processes and maintain records of change activities.
• Generate reports on the effectiveness of change initiatives and areas for improvement.
• Continuously seek ways to improve change management processes.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous change initiatives

Required Skills :

• 8+ Years of experience, having thorough knowledge on ITIL/ITSM process.
• Should have good exposure to end to end change management flow
• Coordinate change activities across multiple teams for in-scope applications
• Deployment of changes with a back-out plan
• Post-release verification & customer feedback
