Job Description

As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing IAM solutions for hybrid environments, encompassing on-premises systems and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing IAM strategies and policies that are in line with business requirements and security standards. - Integrating IAM solutions with other enterprise systems to ensure a cohesive and robust identity ecosystem. - Managing user identities, roles, and permissions across hybrid environments to maintain compliance with security policies. - Configuring and maintaining IAM systems, including identity governance and administration, access management, and privileged access management. - Monitoring and auditing user access processes and identity lifecycle management to ensure adherence to security policies. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to IAM, providing root cause analysis and mitigation options. - Providing technical support to end-users and business partners for IAM-related concerns. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry-specific requirements. - Implementing security controls to safeguard against unauthorized access. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive IAM initiatives and understand requirements. - Communicating effectively with customers, stakeholders, and management to provide updates and information. - Driving continuous improvement processes to enhance user experience and security posture. To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Managing change requests, assessing, approving, or rejecting them based on business needs. - Attending Change Advisory Board meetings when required. - Maintaining detailed records of changes, their impacts, and outcomes. - Developing and implementing change management processes to streamline the change lifecycle. - Evaluating the impact and risks associated with changes and developing mitigation plans. - Assessing Bell's readiness for changes and addressing any gaps. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging other teams if necessary. - Defining success metrics, providing regular reporting to management, and teams on change progress. - Supporting and developing team members when applicable. - Collaborating with other application teams and members of the Bell Change Board. Additional Information: This is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid work profile (work from office/hybrid) located in Bangalore. The role requires 8-10 years of experience.
