Job Description

Role Overview: As a professional in this role, you will collaborate with various teams such as the Head of Experience, CoE teams, technology teams, and stakeholders within and outside of HR. Your main responsibility will be to deliver value through agile delivery teams, leveraging your experience in leading digital transformation initiatives. You will drive the ongoing transformation of colleague and people leader experiences, advocating for their needs and promoting a collaborative, data-led approach throughout the delivery of HR Journeys. Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for enhancing efficiencies, effectiveness, controls, and overall experience. By taking a data-driven approach, you will prioritize work and drive improvements in collaboration with the teams. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver value through agile delivery teams by leading digital transformation initiatives - Drive ongoing transformation of colleague and people leader experiences - Advocate for stakeholder needs and promote a collaborative, data-led approach - Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiencies, effectiveness, controls, and overall experience - Prioritize work and drive improvements through a data-driven approach - Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to introduce new ideas for enhancing operational processes and simplifying delivery methods - Focus on automation to streamline workflows and optimize outcomes - Lead the prioritization and oversee the delivery of the change portfolio related to colleague journeys - Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies Qualifications Required: - Understanding of client needs and enhancing client journey - Developing client-centric products and services - Driving client satisfaction through research and analysis - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate client experience - Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of client experience initiatives - Managing a business function and contributing to strategic initiatives - Fostering a performance culture aligned with organizational values - Exhibiting leadership behaviors known as LEAD: Listen and be authentic, Energise and inspire, Align across the enterprise, and Develop others - Embodying Barclays Values and Mindset to guide actions and behaviors within the organization,
