Job Description

Are you an experienced change management professional looking for a role where you can drive impactful initiatives through collaboration, empathy, and clarity Do you believe in the power of trust, shared understanding, and a people-centered approach to successful transformation We are seeking a Change Lead to join our Change Management and Training team. In this role, you will work closely with senior change professionals to support enterprise-wide IT transformations. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the design and delivery of change strategies for digital transformation initiatives. - Translating technical and process changes into clear, relatable experiences for stakeholders. - Collaborating across business and IT to build alignment and engagement. - Partnering with Change Communication and Training teams to ensure consistent messaging and learning. - Monitoring change readiness and adoption, facilitating dialogue, and providing guidance. - Conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and feedback loops. - Helping embed change through reinforcement activities and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who: - Is passionate about helping people navigate change and focuses on the human side of transformation. - Brings a people-first mindset to technology-driven change, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, alignment, and adoption. - Is skilled at building trust and shared understanding across diverse teams and cultures. - Thrives in a collaborative, open, and proactive work environment. - Is curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning. - Is fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
