What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Secure delivery of value to the business: serve as driver to boost efficiency.
• Lead Project Delivery: Drive the development team's success by expertly applying.
• agile principles to ensure consistent and timely project delivery.

• Optimize Delivery Processes:

  Plan, run, and document agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to streamline workflows and promote clear communication across the team and stakeholders.

• Manage Backlogs and Priorities:

  Work closely with the Product Owner (Business) to maintain a healthy and transparent backlog, ensuring the team is always focused on delivering the highest-value work.

• Remove Impediments:

  Proactively identify and resolve blockers and obstacles to secure development efficiencies and keep the project moving forward.
• Enable Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key partner for stakeholders, particularly the Product Owner, to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and progress.

• Drive Project Transparency:

  Report on key metrics and KPIs to provide a clear,
• data-driven view of the project's health and progress toward its objectives.
• Provide Technical Guidance: Leverage your knowledge of STIBO PIM and similar solutions to guide the team and contribute to discussions on business requirements and implementation strategies.

• Ensure Broad Alignment:

  Report directly to the overall Product Owner (Business), Solution Architect (IT), and IT Leader, ensuring alignment across business and technical leadership.

• Collaborate Broadly:

  Report directly to the overall Product Owner (Business), Solution Architect (IT), and IT Leader, ensuring alignment across business and technical leadership.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master: You hold a recognized Scrum Master certification and have at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
• PIM Expertise: You have a proven track record working with Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, with ideal experience in STIBO P-MDM or similar enterprise platforms like Informatica P360, Contentserv, Akeneo, or Syndigo.
• Global Collaboration: You are experienced in working within international organizations with diverse cultures and have strong skills in managing stakeholders across different regions.

• Tooling Proficiency:

  You are highly proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage sprints, tasks, and documentation.

• Excellent Communicator: You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly orchestrate a complex project across a team spanning three different regions.
• English language skills: You are experienced in clear communication and understand Enterprise wide IT language.
