Certified Salesforce Admin & Developer with Pardot Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Admin and Developer with expertise in Pardot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, along with a strong proficiency in Pardot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and configure Salesforce environments to meet business needs.

- Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Integrate Pardot with Salesforce to optimize marketing automation processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Maintain data integrity and perform regular data audits and backups.

- Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.

- Train and support users on Salesforce and Pardot functionalities.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.

- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications required.

- Proven expertise in Pardot, with certification preferred.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API integrations.

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with data management and reporting tools.
