Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Certified Orthopedic Surgery Coder (COSC) at Saviour Nest Solutions. The COSC will be responsible for coding orthopedic surgery procedures, verifying and maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize coding processes. The role involves auditing coding accuracy, handling coding-related queries, and supporting RCM activities to ensure efficient billing and reimbursement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Medical Terminology
• Graduate in Life Sciences or equivalent (Certification preferred – CPC, COC, or CCS).
• 3–6 years of hands-on coding experience in Orthopedic and Spine surgeries.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the orthopedic & spine surgery coding domain
• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or equivalent certification
• Collaborate with billing and AR teams to resolve claim edits, denials, and discrepancies.
