Certified Medical Coder

We are looking for detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Coders to join our team at our onsite location in Kolkata, Sector V.

Responsibilities:

As a Medical Coder, you will play a critical role in the healthcare documentation process by accurately translating patient care into standardized codes. Your work will directly support hospital reimbursement, data quality, and compliance with national regulations.

Success in this role means maintaining high levels of coding accuracy (minimum 95%), meeting productivity targets, and demonstrating a strong understanding of coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT-4). You will be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is central to our commitment to data integrity and quality healthcare service delivery.

Eligibility:

We are seeking professionals who can start within one week of receiving an offer. Whether you're a certified fresher or bring up to a year of experience in medical coding, we'd love to hear from you.
