Business Development Executive - RCM (US Healthcare)

As Business Development Executive in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) focuses on growing a company's RCM business, typically in the US healthcare sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of RCM services like medical billing, coding, and claims management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  Identifying potential clients (hospitals, clinics, physician groups) and building relationships with key decision-makers. 

• Sales and Business Development:

  Presenting RCM solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. 

• Market Research and Analysis:

  Understanding industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. 

• Relationship Management:

  Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Pipeline Management:

  Tracking leads and opportunities using a CRM system. 

• Collaboration:

  Working with internal teams (e.g., RCM operations, sales) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. 

• Achieving Sales Targets:

  Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales

  : within the RCM or healthcare BPO sector.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle

  : including medical billing, coding, and claims management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
