Qualification Experience:

Graduate / Post-graduate students (MBA preferred) or freshers eager to gain corporate exposure.
Must be willing to work from office (WFO) in Aundh, Pune.

Job Responsibilities:

Understand and support the day-to-day requirements of the CEO s Office.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams across departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Assist in preparing strategic inputs, presentations, and reports for the CEO and leadership team.
Provide support in sales and marketing initiatives, including research, lead coordination, and follow-ups.
Manage and coordinate events, webinars, and key organizational activities.
Ensure clear, professional, and prompt communication between the CEO s Office and stakeholders.
Take ownership of assignments, ensure timely completion, and maintain the highest standard of quality.

Skills Abilities:

Excellent communication skills (verbal written), with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership.
