Role Overview

As the CEO, you will be responsible for end-to-end leadership of the company managing clients, staff, and overall business performance. You'll work closely with the promoters and board members, take ownership of P&L, drive client satisfaction, motivate teams, and ensure we deliver world-class staff augmentation services. This role is ideal for a sales-oriented leader with IT industry experience who thrives on responsibility, people management, and closing high-value deals.

Travel: Client travel required (domestic & international)

Work Mode: WFO (5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

Company Leadership & P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for   business performance, profitability, and growth.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with   overseas IT clients, ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development: Actively engage in client   meetings (onsite/overseas), close new deals, and expand accounts.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the delivery and   operations team to ensure high performance and morale.

Operational Excellence: Oversee staffing, delivery,   HR, and compliance functions, ensuring smooth execution of client   projects.

Strategic Growth: Work with promoters and board members to shape   growth strategies, business models, and new market opportunities.

Requirements

Experience: 12+ years in IT services / staff augmentation /   outsourcing industry with proven leadership roles.

Sales Orientation: Strong background in sales, account management,   and deal closures (preferably with overseas IT clients).

Leadership: Ability to inspire, mentor, and retain   high-performing teams.

Ownership Mindset: Hands-on leader who can take responsibility for   results, without needing micro-management.

Travel Friendly: Open to domestic and international travel for   client meetings and business growth.

Dynamic & Strategic: High energy, proactive,   adaptable to fast-paced environments, and able to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning.
