Operational Excellence: Oversee staffing, delivery, HR, and compliance functions, ensuring smooth execution of client projects.
Strategic Growth: Work with promoters and board members to shape growth strategies, business models, and new market opportunities.
Experience: 12+ years in IT services / staff augmentation / outsourcing industry with proven leadership roles.
Sales Orientation: Strong background in sales, account management, and deal closures (preferably with overseas IT clients).
Leadership: Ability to inspire, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
Ownership Mindset: Hands-on leader who can take responsibility for results, without needing micro-management.
Travel Friendly: Open to domestic and international travel for client meetings and business growth.
Dynamic & Strategic: High energy, proactive, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and able to balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning.
