The HVAC Administration Specialist supports the HVAC department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and providing organizational assistance to ensure efficient workflow. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills to coordinate with teams, vendors, and clients

[Job Responsibilities]

> Administrative Coordination:

• Manage schedules, appointments, and work orders for HVAC technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of HVAC supplies.

> Customer Service:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding HVAC services.
• Prepare and send purchase order, quotes, invoices, and follow-ups to clients.
• Schedule service calls and ensure timely communication with clients.

> Documentation and Reporting:

• Compile and maintain HVAC service reports, equipment logs, and inspection documentation.
• Ensure proper filing of contracts, warranties, and compliance certifications.
• Generate periodic reports on HVAC operations and performance metrics.

> Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure adherence to HVAC industry standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project compliance with environmental laws and standards.

> Team Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between technicians, management, and customers.
• Provide administrative support during project planning and execution phases.
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff in HVAC-specific procedures.

[Working Condition]

> 6 days per week & 9 hours per day

> (Location): Gurgaon, India

[Mandatory Qualification]

> Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Architecture Mechanical Engineering HVAC

> Over 3 years experience in the filed of HVAC work or construction work.

> Cad skill should be more than 8 in 10

> English (Intermediate) Hindi(Native)
