Job Title: Center Manager – Preschool

Job Overview:
Kidzee Preschool Dahisar is looking for an experienced Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of educators, and ensure top-notch education at our center. The role also includes managing social media presence and handling fresh inquiries to drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality education.
• Supervise and lead a team of teachers and support staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Engage with parents regularly, addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships.
• Implement and monitor the preschool curriculum, ensuring adherence to educational standards.
• Handle fresh inquiries, follow up with prospective parents, and work to convert leads into enrollments.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and promoting the center to drive awareness and inquiries.
• Monitor center’s budget, resources, and meet enrollment targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, educational, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Post-graduate preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in preschool management or education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in handling social media accounts, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into admissions.
• Proficiency in managing staff, resources, and budgeting.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
