* Oversee Daily Operations: Direct the daily functioning of all departments

* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to streamline patient flow, reduce wait times, and improve overall operational efficiency.

*Conduct performance appraisals, manage staff schedules, resolve internal conflicts, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

* Analyze productivity reports and key performance indicators and provide regular financial and operational updates to senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
