Experience Required: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Overview

Oxford Software Institute is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, student management, admissions, team coordination, and overall growth of the institute. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational skills with prior experience in the education or training sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day operations of the institute efficiently

· Handle admissions, student counseling, and fee coordination

· Lead, motivate, and manage academic & non-academic staff

· Ensure smooth scheduling of classes, faculty coordination, and batch management

· Monitor student performance, attendance, and satisfaction

· Handle parent and student queries professionally

· Implement institute policies, processes, and discipline

· Support marketing, lead follow-ups, and conversion strategies

· Prepare basic reports related to admissions, collections, and operations

· Ensure overall brand image and service quality of Oxford Software Institute

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Any Graduation Degree, MBA will be an added advantage / preferred

· Minimum 4–5 years of experience in institute management / education sector

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent leadership and team-handling ability

· Good knowledge of admissions process and student counseling

· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

· Problem-solving mindset with a professional attitude

· Ability to work independently

Preferred Background

· Experience in coaching institutes, training centers, or educational organizations
