Job Summary-

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare Centre and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and efficient management.

1.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

2. Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care, safety, and operational efficiency.

4. Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the centre.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and accreditation standards.

6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery.

7.Address patient and family concerns, handling complaints and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

8.Prepare and analyze reports on Centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.

9.Facilitate staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the team.

Qualification :

1. Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, or a related field (masters degree preferred).

2. Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or hospital setting.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

5. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
