Job Overview:

TESCRA India is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Head to lead and manage our educational center in NOIDA. The Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of center operations, ensuring high-quality educational delivery, and driving student success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of educators and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to improve student enrollment, retention, and overall academic performance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
Manage the centers budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Management, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the EdTech industry.
Strong understanding of educational principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in student counseling and guidance.
Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies in the education sector.
