Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for executing quality assurance activities in production for assembly shops with the subordinated quality team members. You will also coordinate production quality engineering and planning for vehicle assembly lines, ensuring product quality and reducing DPU caused by production failures through continuous improvement of production processes. Additionally, you will lead failure analysis, continuous improvement processes, and ensure Kaizen and 5 S programs are implemented. Key Responsibilities: - Define Bus body Assembly quality assurance process and check sheets for Bus body Assembly & main assemblies - Implement specific quality management processes, standards, and tools in all production-related functions - Define and implement an IT system for quality data capture, analysis, and control - Establish quality plan for Bus Body Assembly and measures for potential failure modes through PFMEA, control plan - Support product & plant projects by defining QM requirements and conducting quality assurance activities - Establish feedback system and measures for Bus body assembly concerns and create work instructions - Direct and manage the Bus Body Assembly QA Associates (inspectors), including training, evaluation, and process monitoring and improvement Qualification Required: - 3-6 years of experience in quality functions within the Automotive Industry - Experience in operative quality management and project management - Leadership capabilities and detailed knowledge of Bus Body assembly product quality - Intercultural experiences and continuous improvement methods Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external colleagues effectively.
