As the Production Head at our bakery, your role is crucial in overseeing all production operations to ensure efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Ensuring overall smooth operations of the central kitchen, employees, facilities, and costs to achieve optimal dispatch for CK. - Implementing and maintaining the right production processes to enhance efficiency. - Controlling operational costs continuously to improve profitability. - Optimizing resource utilization and managing inventory levels for raw materials and finished products. - Ensuring a delightful guest experience by delivering high-quality products in the forecasted quantity as per the SKUs. - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene at all times. - Establishing and fostering effective employee relations by hiring, orienting, coaching, and conducting training for kitchen employees. - Conducting daily briefing meetings with the team and handling any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the CPO. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in Hotel Management with a minimum of 15 years of overall experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a stressful work environment. - Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team. - Strong skills in planning, organizing, analyzing, budgeting, and cost control. - Extensive knowledge and experience in pastry and bakery techniques. - Ability to mass produce standardized products efficiently.
