Job Description

Job Description – Center Sales Manager

  • Lead and manage the sales & counselling team at the training center.
  • Drive student enrollments by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Guide tele counsellors in handling leads and ensuring conversion.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and corporate clients.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and team performance trackers.
  • Ensure smooth center operations in coordination with the academic team.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with 3+ years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (aviation/education industry preferred).
  • Strong communication & leadership skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Career growth opportunities across our PAN India centers.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
