Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Center Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the center, achieving sales targets, counseling students, and providing career guidance. They will oversee admission processes, conduct promotional activities, and manage the sales team. Additionally, the Manager will be expected to maintain relationships with corporate clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Sales Target Achievement, and Team Leadership skills
• Excellent Communication, Counseling, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Promotional Activities and Corporate Client Relationship Management
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
