Job Description

  • Handle all administrative work including document updates, paper file management, receipt issuance, and payment collection
  • Manage and fulfill all ground-level operational requirements of the institute
  • Act as the

    single point of contact

    for students, parents, and all related queries or complaints
  • Plan and manage batches effectively to ensure

    maximum utilization of resources

  • Maintain employee satisfaction, motivation, and a positive work environment
  • Monitor and enforce discipline and institutional policies
  • Take complete ownership of achieving

    sales targets

    of the institute
  • Support team members and drive high performance across departments
  • Ensure

    optimal utilization of team resources

    and highest productivity levels
  • Provide regular

    training and supervision

    for sales skills and product knowledge
  • Supervise handling of walk-in inquiries and guide the team towards successful closures
  • Track and review details of each lead handled by team members
  • Conduct ongoing

    product training and sales training

    for staff
  • Be responsible for

    end-to-end operations

    , from opening to closing of the institute

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Management, Commerce, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in

    education institute management

    , training institute, coaching center, or service-based organization
  • Proven experience in

    sales, counseling, and target-based environments

    walk-in handling, objection handling, and closing techniques

  • Ability to track leads, analyze performance, and improve conversion ratios
