Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage communication with parents and stakeholders through email, phone, and in-person interactions, including transport coordination. Supervise daycare operations and coordinate with teachers and staff.
Create engaging social media content, manage updates, and maintain student records.
Handle accounts, petty cash, and liaise with vendors and facility managers.
Actively contribute to developing preschool strategy to build a world-class institute.

An ideal candidate

Is currently based in Bangalore (East Bangalore preferred).
Holds a graduate degree in any discipline.
Has strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Possesses basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
Is dynamic, well-groomed, and a proactive team player.
Demonstrates a positive attitude toward learning and leadership.
(Freshers welcome) and prior experience in hospitality or client-facing roles is an added advantage.
