About the role We are looking for a dynamic and caring Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our preschool. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, parents, and staff in a professional yet warm environment. As the Centre Manager, you will ensure smooth operations, foster a positive culture, and help us deliver world-class Montessori education. Key responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool to ensure smooth functioning. 2. Manage communication with parents and stakeholders through email, phone, and in-person interactions, including transport coordination. Supervise daycare operations and coordinate with teachers and staff. 3. Create engaging social media content, manage updates, and maintain student records. 4. Handle accounts, petty cash, and liaise with vendors and facility managers. 5. Actively contribute to developing a preschool strategy to build a world-class institute. What you can expect: 1.
