1. Brief about the position
Centre Manager position has the responsibility of P&L of the center. He must coordinate and oversee Centre’s operations. The role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the Centre. The specific duties include formulating strategy, improving performance, adhering to SOPs etc. Employees should be ready to mentor his/her team members, find ways to increase business and quality of service. Trustworthy to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the job period.
2. Job Description:
o Develop in-depth understanding of various skill development courses run by the organisation
o Project Planning and Execution
1.Plan and schedule various mobilization activities (awareness session, door-to-door survey, etc.) to mobilise potential students as per required timelines.
2. Guide the mobilization staff and review the progress against target on daily basis.
3. Organise counselling and induction sessions for potential candidates.
4. Preparation of weekly and monthly training calendar. Ensure the delivery of training as per plan and complete evaluation of trainees within timeline.
5. Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, training material, consumables etc. for training.
6. Guide the placement officers to develop databases of potential companies/organizations and other important cities for employment opportunities of trained students.
7. Plan and organize placement drives as per requirement for better employment of trained youth.
8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of training and placements as per pre-defined formats.
9. Collate and report on the attendance of students and staff on daily basis.
10. Develop and manage relations with related govt. and corporate officials.
11. Managing a team of counsellors, Business Development Executives, IT Centre, Administration Centre, Accounts and Faculty.

4. Work Location, Language Spoken
o Nerul (Navi Mumbai), Hindi, English, Marathi.
5. Skill Set
(Soft Skills): - Negotiation skills, Delegation and monitoring skills.
(Technical): - Good at MS office. Expertise in MS Excel.

7. Qualification & Experience
o Any graduate any specialisation. Technical background preferred
Minimum 3 years in managing skill development activities
