Role Overview: Responsible for the overall operations, administration, and service delivery of the clinic. Ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, staff coordination, client satisfaction, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee clinic operations, staff performance, and customer experience
● Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and administrative teams
● Monitor inventory, maintenance, and vendor coordination
● Handle grievances and ensure issue resolution
● Maintain financial records, reporting, and budget management
● Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and referral programs
● Conduct periodic team meetings and staff training
Qualifications:
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or relevant field
● 4-6 years of experience in healthcare/wellness/elder care management
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
