Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall operations, administration, and profitability of the center as an independent business unit.
Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
Maintain discipline, decorum, and a positive work culture among staff and students.
Ensure that classes and training programs are conducted as per scheduled timelines and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth, revenue, and performance targets for the center.
Liaise with the corporate office for all operational requirements including student DLM, training programs, MARCOM activities, and other center-related needs.
Manage recruitment, training, and performance of center staff in line with corporate guidelines.
Maintain consistent and effective communication with the corporate office through timely reporting and updates.
Conduct periodic staff meetings to review performance, share updates, and discuss plans for improvement.
Ensure administrative and technical teams are regularly updated to support effective center operations.
Nominate staff for relevant ITA trainings and certifications as required.
Keep the corporate office informed about market trends, competition, and business opportunities.
Plan and execute local marketing (MARCOM) and public relations (PR) initiatives with prior corporate approval.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing (DM) team to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Actively participate in marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring achievement of sales and enrollment targets.
