We’re Hiring: Centre Manager – Vijayawada
Location: Vijayawada
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (Net, based on experience)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (extendable as per operational needs)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Off
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and result-driven Centre Manager to lead daily operations at our Funcentral Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in Vijayawada.
You’ll be the driving force behind sales growth, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across our gaming, F&B, and events divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue to achieve/exceed ₹1 Cr+ monthly targets
Manage operations for gaming zones, F&B outlets, and group events
Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and performance
Handle P&L, control costs, and ensure profitability
Maintain smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and safety standards
Address customer feedback and ensure positive guest experiences
Candidate Requirements
3–7 years of experience in retail, F&B, QSR, hospitality, or entertainment centres
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage large teams
Strong understanding of operations, SOPs, and customer service
Comfortable working weekends and extended hours if needed
Proficient in Excel, reports, and MIS management
