Center Manager - Cloud Kitchen

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Center Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage tiffin orders, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely delivery. This role requires someone with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth and efficient functioning of the kitchen and logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day kitchen operations   - Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and delivery team   - Manage daily and weekly tiffin orders and customer preferences   - Ensure quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards   - Oversee procurement of raw materials and kitchen supplies   - Maintain inventory and minimize wastage   - Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly   - Track expenses and assist in budgeting   - Prepare daily reports for management review Requirements: - Proven experience in kitchen/restaurant/tiffin operations or similar role - Strong organizational and leadership skills   - Knowledge of inventory and vendor management   - Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, order tracking tools)   - Ability to multitask and work under pressure   - Preferred: Fluency in Hindi and English Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field (not mandatory)   - 2-4 years of relevant experience
