<> Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Center Head to lead and manage the overall operations of our Vasan Eye Care Centre in Kuniyamuthur. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the eye hospital or healthcare sector, with strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure smooth functioning of the centre while driving excellent patient care and revenue growth.

<> Experience Required

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Eye Hospital / Healthcare industry
• Proven experience in team handling and centre-level operations

<> Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline
• Healthcare background preferred

<> Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the eye care centre
• Manage and supervise staff performance, scheduling, and discipline
• Ensure excellent patient/customer service and patient flow management
• Drive sales and revenue targets effectively
• Coordinate with the medical team and consultants for smooth clinical operations
• Execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach activities
• Ensure proper inventory management, billing accuracy, and compliance
• Monitor centre performance, reporting, and quality standards
• Maintain overall centre discipline, hygiene, and service excellence

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Multi-language speaking ability is an added advantage

<> Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

<> Working Days & Shifts

• Rotational Weekly Offs
• Shift Timings (Rotational):
• 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
• 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
• 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM
• 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM

<> Languages Preferred

• Tamil (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
