Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Team Leadership
Manage and mentor faculty, counselors, and support staff.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive admissions, meet sales targets, and ensure profitability.
Student & Parent Engagement
Ensure high student satisfaction and address concerns.
Marketing & Outreach
Promote the center through local campaigns and partnerships.
Process & Compliance
Maintain academic quality, compliance, and SOP adherence.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred).
Experience:
5+ years in Education/EdTech, preferably in a managerial role.
Skills Required:
Leadership, sales, operations management, and excellent communication.
