Role Overview

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily operations of the center.
• Supervise academic, administrative, and support teams.
• Manage B.Voc specializations, courses, timetables, exams, and student assessments.
• Drive growth, increase student intake, and expand the course’s reach.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
• Handle documentation, fees collection, and financial management.
• Oversee internships, placements, and student support services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university, industry partners, parents, and students.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and placement activities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in center/branch management, education administration, or training industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams, meet targets, and drive admissions.
• Networking ability with corporates for placements and internships.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Management, Education, or related field).
