Center Head/ Manager Operation

As a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in Operations & P&L, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and P&L of the company. Your main duties will include: - Assuring sound fiscal operation while promoting cost-effective services. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies. - Interacting and responding to medical and non-medical staff and patients. - Devising and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets. - Establishing and attaining patient care, safety, education, and customer service goals while maintaining financial viability. - Ensuring defined patient care standards and commitments are met. - Facilitating strict compliance with statutory, accounting, and regulatory norms. - Liaising with legal, political, and social IR environment to ensure successful operations within the Center.
