Designation: Center Coordinator Location: Center of Logistics Training for Excellence (COLTE), Guna Complex, Teynampet, Chennai Qualifications: Any Degree Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Coordinator to oversee and manage programs aimed at Skilling candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, program coordination, and community development, with a passion for empowering vulnerable groups. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth implementation of programs. Plan, coordinate, and monitor initiatives. Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders, to strengthen program impact. Active participation in project progress, reports preparation, and compliance with relevant policies. Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and capacity-building support. Requirements: Minimum 6 months - 2 years of work experience. Communication, and community engagement skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate with diverse groups.
